The galaxy runs without you
Mining companies cut ore from the frontier. Freight houses bid for supply contracts and fly it to the stations that need it. Syndicates run contraband past the Authority. Every credit is accounted for, and prices move with what actually arrives.
- Ore mined and hauled in
- Freight between stations
- Contraband on dark routes
- Policed space around the Cradle
- Thinly patrolled middle sectors
- Lawless sectors on the frontier
This is a real snapshot of the live galaxy: 33 sectors, 17 of them lawless, and the 241 deliveries its AI corporations flew in one hour.
Start small, fly anything
Every hull is built from these plans and fitted module by module: guns, beams, mining lasers, reactors and shielded smuggler holds.

Make a living however you like
Run cargo
Buy where it is cheap, sell where it is short. Found a corporation and outbid the AI for supply contracts.
Cut ore
Ten minerals in rocks that crack and shatter as you mine them. The rare ones only turn up out where the law does not reach.
Go dark
Switch off your transponder, fill a shielded hold and slip past patrol scans. Fence what you carry at a black market.
Collect bounties
Wanted captains carry a price. Kill one in policed space and the Authority will thank you; kill an innocent and you will be next.
Fly escort
Convoys crossing lawless space pay captains by the minute to fly at their side.
Salvage wrecks
Old battlefields drift with derelicts, loot and something else worth more than either.
Something in the wrecks is still thinking
Salvage enough derelicts and you will recover an AI Shell: the sealed mind of a ship from a fleet that died out here. Keep it quarantined and it will advise you. Give it your helm and you had better hope it likes you.
AI Shells arrive in a later update.
recovered core 7F-3A, integrity 64%
quarantine level 3: isolated, no ship access
You pulled me out of the dark, captain. I kept the logs of everyone who didn't.
Let me see your navigation charts. Just the charts.
Shellspace is coming soon
The galaxy is already running. When it opens, you will sign in with Google or Discord, name your captain and undock from the Cradle.
